By representing your company to tourism professionals, our mission is to drive and develop your B2B sales, both quantitatively and qualitatively, by:
1/ generating new customers.
2/ making sure your existing customers are followed-up and retained.
The process involves informing, educating, training, attracting, winning them over, supporting and retaining, and the wheels of the machine are oiled
by
our excellent knowledge of the market and its players.

Tour operators (general, specialist, “special-interest” and web-based).
MICE agencies.

Travel agency networks.
Partners: representatives of hotels and DMC's, airlines and tourism offices.
Our tools
Bespoke relations: appointments with product managers, project managers and other decision-makers.
Phoning : debriefing, verbal contacts and keeping a positive memory alive. We do this by alternating
with in-person appointments, to nurture and maintain a personal relationship.
Living the product, the fam trips: organization, partner searches,
follow-ups and selection of participants.
The fam trips are organized
on our initiative, but they could also respond to demand from a tourism office, airline, hotel group or DMC.
Training sessions aimed at production and/or sales teams.
The sessions can be organised individually or with the involvement of partners
(tourism offices, airlines etc.).

Representing our clients at trade shows and other
leading tourism events,
plus Workshops organised by tourism operators (tour operators, travel agency networks, tourism offices etc.).

MICE Special : as a complement to the above, we will also:
- accompany the agency to a client appointment, to support our offer.
- accompany the agency on scouting trips.
Building “win-win” partnerships:
regular contact with tourism offices, airlines and representatives
of hotels and DMC's. These contacts are essential, when it comes to actions requiring their input such as fam trips, shows, workshops, cross-promotions and other collaborative campaigns.
Post-travel assessment
- assessing satisfaction after each trip or action.
